The question of the extent and drivers of inequality in Germany has long been the subject of dispute among academics. For several years now, the Forum New Economy has been working with leading international and national inequality experts to find reliable answers – on the basis of increasingly better data and broader knowledge beyond political, often emotional disputes. The ReBalance Wealth Simulator is a crucial step towards gaining a better understanding of the possible instruments for reducing wealth inequality.
