Enzo Weber

Prof. Dr. Enzo Weber heads the “Forecasts and Macroeconomic Analysis” division at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and holds the Chair of Empirical Economic Research in Regensburg. He is also an IZA Research Fellow. His research focuses on labor market developments, technological change, economic cycles, demographics, and social security, among other topics.

Anne Lauringson

Anne Lauringson is a Senior Labour Economist at the OECD, leading the work on the topics of ALMPs (Active Labour Market Policies) and PES (Public Employment Services). She has conducted cross-OECD studies on topics like PES reforms, supporting vulnerable groups, institutional set-up of ALMP systems, digitalisation and AI adoption in PES, ALMP impact evaluation, and PES support for the green transition.
