Jacobs sets out what can be done to address the profound challenges and problems which confront us today, arguing that it requires a new set of goals and measures of economic and social progress; new frameworks of economic analysis; and new kinds of policies. The report has been written for the OECD (on behalf of the Secretary-General’s Advisory Group on a New Growth Narrative) was published on September 11, 2020.
